The Cults - Oh My God

SO I've been catching up on the latest that's been happening in the 'blogosphere' after exams/portfolio/skiing/general disillusionment with music on the internets/trying to read a shit load more and what not and I'm glad I got back in the game in time to hear about these guys. They're just so cute, and I mean that in a totally non-patronising way, and totally deserving of all the hype. Great melodies, great voice, nostalgic instrumentation and this song has some great lyrical one liners that suck-a great blow above the relative softness of other elements of the song.

Brilliant song! This girl has a voice that shines like it's made of gold or something. The guitars slide back and forth uselessly like a many loved and dog-earred paper back novel containing the same life as when it belonged to your dad when he was 16.
